• A drawing lubricant for copper and copper alloy, and it is a water-soluble emulsion used with deep and spray method. It extends a lifetime of tool with strong oil film and oily effect and provides an economical efficiency.
  
• Provides excellent cooling ability and provides fine surface roughness by maintaining low friction.
  
• Can provide uniform oil films because of its low surface tension. Provides excellent penetration ability to metals.
  
• Does not cause any variation of emulsion property even in successive drawing process following acid processing for an extruded product because it has an excellent acid resistance with introduction of special detergent.
  
• Can be used throughout the year because it does not putrefy even in summer.
  

Basic Physical Properties

Usage

• Dilution Ratio 20%~5%
  
• When dilute, you have better dissolve in tepid water about 50 °C in the winter.
  (Undiluted Solution : W/O type Emulsion, Dilution : O/W type Emulsion)
  
• PH Control : In case of pickling of whole process, condition acidity with alkali lye to pH8.4 ± 0.3.
